• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of taxes.
• We describe fabrics, colours and embroidery honestly; slight colour variation between screens and real fabric is normal.
• Where a product photo is still being shot, we mark it clearly as a placeholder — it is not the actual product photograph.
• We may correct pricing errors; if an order was placed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch.

• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number.
• Cash on Delivery is available where offered; please have the amount ready at delivery.
• We may cancel orders in rare cases (stock errors, courier unserviceability) and will refund prepaid amounts in full.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Please provide accurate contact and address details so your order reaches you.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of our policies.

Reviews you submit must be honest and based on your own experience. We publish only approved reviews and may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
