We ship ethnic wear across India with careful, protective packaging for embroidered pieces.
Timelines
- Dispatch: orders leave our studio within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery: 5–7 business days for most PIN codes; remote areas can take up to 10 business days.
- You'll receive tracking details on SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee applies per order and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We occasionally run free-shipping offers — watch the announcement bar on our homepage.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready and inspect the outer packaging before paying the courier partner.
Delays & issues
- Festive-season volumes can add 2–3 days — we'll always tell you if your order is affected.
- If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
- Wrong address? Message us immediately — once dispatched, address changes depend on the courier.
